General Policy
Donations made to Namilyango College Peregrine Kibuuka Endowment Foundation Limited are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is made, we begin using those funds to support our programs and initiatives, and as such, we are unable to return them. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we are committed to addressing concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Requests
In the event of a mistake or if a donation was made in error, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund within 30 days of the transaction. Please contact us directly at info@nacofund.ug with your donation details (name, date of donation, and transaction number, plus other relevant details) to request a refund. We will do our best to respond to your request in a timely manner.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
– Duplicate donations: If you accidentally made multiple donations, we will review your request and refund the duplicate donation.
– Unintentional donation errors: If a donation was made in error, such as an incorrect amount, we may provide a refund upon review.
Non-Refundable Donations
Once a donation has been processed and allocated for a specific cause or program, it cannot be refunded. This includes donations made during fundraising events, campaigns, or through recurring giving programs.
Processing Time for Refunds
If your refund request is approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the processing and return of funds. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
