Ronald is a Financial and Accounting Specialist with over 28 years of professional experience spanning finance, accounting, procurement, administration, human resource management, contract management, and project planning. He has spent more than 15 years in senior finance and administration leadership roles on EU and USAID-funded development programs, successfully managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex donor compliance requirements.
He has supervised program budgets exceeding €55 million, managed Program Management Units with up to 30 staff members, and maintained full accountability for funds while enhancing institutional systems. His expertise encompasses financial planning, cash flow management, pipeline analysis, procurement oversight, grant management, and contract administration.
Beyond financial management, Ronald has overseen human resources and administrative functions, including staff recruitment, performance evaluations, compensation frameworks, and payroll administration.
He has authored HR and financial manuals, provided training to staff and grantees regarding donor compliance, and enhanced capacity to guarantee effective program implementation.
