Fred Gyaviira Kyaka

Fred is an experienced business leader with over 22 years of expertise in business and leadership development, primarily across the East Africa region. Rising through the ranks, he has taken on executive and multi-country leadership roles, in the commercial and NGO sectors.
Certified by The Maxwell Leadership Team, Regent University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, and Integrate Leadership, Fred has a strong focus on leadership and entrepreneurship. He is a licensed behavioral analyst by Insights Discovery.
Fred is a graduate of The Executive Leadership Program by Stellenbosch Business School, and an Oakseed: a Graduate from the Institute for National Transformation (INT), Uganda.
He is the President of the Oakseed Association that brings together alumni from INT Uganda and serves on the INT International Governance Council as the Director of Alumni engagement.
He is the past President of Namilyango College Old Boys Association (NACOBA), former Board member of Namilyango College and currently serves as a Board Member of the Namilyango College Peregrine Kibuuka Endowment Fund.
He is a Member of the National Advisory Council of iLEAD Uganda, that is rolling out a leadership character based program across schools in Uganda.
He is a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kampala Central, he is an active player in the coffee value chain.
